First Impressions: Tiny Knight and the Corrupted Crystal Demo
Imagine a tiny, chunky knight fighting to rescue his master from a corrupted crystal. It's a survivor-style roguelite where you don't worry about the attacking, but instead focus entirely on blending elemental powers into your weapon.

Gameplay
Don't let the autobattler tag trip you up. This isn't like Teamfight Tactics or Hearthstone Battlegrounds where you're drafting a bench or obsessing over positioning. It's actually a survivor roguelite. You control a chunky little knight who swings his sword automatically, so your only job is moving and managing your build. You're basically a 'Sword Chemist,' blending fire, frost, and lightning into your hits to clear through five different biomes.
The core loop is simple: walk into a field, smash everything in sight, and come out with a better sword. It's a low-stress experience, but there's a weird twist that keeps you on your toes. Your health bar is actually your level timer. The sword you're swinging is what drains your life, meaning you're constantly trading your existence for damage. It adds a layer of tension that stops the game from feeling like a total autopilot sim.
That said, it's a pretty small experience. If you're hunting for deep strategic layers, you won't find them here. It's very derivative of the survivor genre, just with a specific twist on the weapon blending. You'll also notice the music is AI-generated via Suno, which feels a bit mid and takes away from the indie charm. Since it's a free demo, it's a great way to kill an hour, but don't expect a revolution in game design.
