First Impressions: Summoner's Legacy Demo
Looking for a new time-killer that doesn't require your full attention? Summoner's Legacy Demo blends autobattling with idle RPG mechanics to create a low-stress loop of recruiting summons and smashing enemies.

Gameplay
You're not looking for a high-intensity sweat-fest here. This isn't like TFT where you're stressing over every single placement. It's way more of a chill, background game that mixes autobattling with an incremental RPG. Your main loop is simple: recruit legendary summons, let them smash through hordes of enemies, and use the loot to buy better skills and upgrades. It's all about that 'just one more level' pull while you watch the numbers go up.
Don't expect the deep strategic layering you'll find in Hearthstone Battlegrounds. You aren't pivoting your entire strategy mid-match; you're just optimizing a build to make your team a powerhouse. It's derivative of the idle-RPG genre, and the pixel art is very basic, which the devs call 'cozy'.
Since it's a demo, it's definitely rough around the edges. The UI isn't polished and it feels bare-bones in several spots. It's not so buggy that it breaks the game, but you can tell a small indie team is still hammering this out. Because it's free to play, the lack of polish is easier to swallow, but it's definitely not a finished product yet.

First Impressions
It's a solid 6/10 time-killer for anyone who loves seeing numbers go up without the stress of competitive play. Since it's a free demo, you should grab it if you want something casual, but skip it if you need deep strategy. I want to see a more polished UI and more complex builds in the full release.
