First Impressions: Lone Tower Demo
Ever wondered what happens when you strip tower defense down to just one single tower? Lone Tower Demo does exactly that, mixing roguelite gambling with stationary defense for a fast, chaotic power trip.

Gameplay
You've gotta wrap your head around the twist here: you don't place a dozen towers to make a maze like you do in Bloons. You've got exactly one tower. That's it. You spend your time pumping stats into that single spot and fighting off endless waves of enemies. It's basically a survivor-style roguelite where you're the stationary object. You level up, pick perks, and hunt for synergies that turn your tower into a 'broken monstrosity' that just deletes everything on screen.
The loop's super addictive because of that power trip. You start out feeling weak, but if your build clicks, your arrows eventually become a literal wall of death. It's less about a strategy epic and more like an incremental game where you gamble on perks to see how cracked you can get.
Since it's a demo, you'll definitely hit some rough edges. It's not polished, and the balance is all over the place. Some runs feel like a total breeze if you get the right perks, while others hit you like a brick wall. It's very much in an experimental phase, so don't expect a perfectly tuned experience. Still, for a free demo, the core loop of building a god-tier tower is satisfying as hell.

First Impressions
It's a solid 7/10 for a preview. If you love roguelites and power trips, grab this for free on Steam or Itch.io. Just skip it if you want a polished strategy game, and I'm hoping the full release fixes the balance issues.
