What is AUREUS GEMWORKS ― リリトリオンの宝石工場?
Imagine if you smashed a factory automation sim into a deckbuilder and threw in an eccentric crew working in the abyss. You aren’t swinging swords; you’re building a gem empire one card at a time to keep your gold-obsessed boss happy. It’s a weird, addictive mix I didn’t know I needed.

Gameplay
You’re smashing factory automation into deckbuilding, which sounds chaotic but clicks in a weirdly satisfying way. You aren’t fighting monsters; you’re mining, refining, and shipping gems to please your gold-obsessed boss, Lilitryon. The loop is clever because you play cards to place machines, not just for instant effects. You hunt for synergies, like pairing a high-efficiency refiner with your transport belt setup. If your deck is bloated with useless scrap, your factory chokes. Nail the synergy, and you pump out gems like a beast. It’s less about surviving a climb like in Slay the Spire and more about that engine-building high. It reminds me of Balatro’s 'just one more turn to optimize' vibe, but with a physical layout you have to manage. Just be ready for a steep learning curve. You’ll probably waste your first hour wondering why gems aren’t moving, only to realize you played a card in the wrong spot. The UI also gets clunky when your factory gets massive.

Verdict
If you’re tired of the same old attack/defend deckbuilders and want to think about logistics, grab it at $9.99. It’s cheap, strange, and the loop is satisfying once it clicks. Skip it if you hate steep learning curves or need a polished, bug-free experience right out of the gate.
