What is Dealer's Choice?

Dealer's Choice is a ghost project with no actual deckbuilding mechanics, so skip it and play Balatro instead.

I went digging for a hidden gem called Dealer's Choice, thinking it was a fresh take on the genre. Long story short? Don't waste your time searching for it because the game you're looking for doesn't actually exist.

Gameplay

Look, I need to be brutally honest with you because I spent time digging for this and it’s a total waste. The game you're looking for doesn't actually exist—at least not as a modern deckbuilder. I went down the rabbit hole and found a mess of search results: a 1972 Parker Brothers board game, random car transport companies, a play about father-son trauma, and a tycoon game called Dealer's Life which is just a pawn shop sim. There is absolutely no Dealer's Choice deckbuilder with a card-synergy loop or meta-progression to talk about. If you saw a clip or mention of this somewhere, it was probably a mistake or a very niche indie project that has zero footprint. So, you don't get to drop balls through a plinko board, roll dice for poker hands, or bet against a roulette wheel you rebuild. None of that is here. It’s a ghost. Save your Steam wallet for something that actually exists.

Verdict

Skip this entirely. It's not a bad game, it's a ghost. Save your money for Balatro if you want that gambling vibe, or Inscryption if you want something weird. This is a 0/10 because it doesn't exist as a deckbuilder.
