Imagine if a roguelike deckbuilder had a baby with a factory manager and a lane-pusher. Procession Engine is a weird, high-energy tug-of-war where you fight to tear down enemy strongholds. It's a fresh take on the autobattler genre that replaces slow pacing with pure chaos.

Gameplay

You aren't just placing units and praying for a win like you do in TFT. Instead, you're managing a literal conveyor belt. Your cards slide along this belt in real-time, and if you don't play them before they fall off the edge, they're gone. It creates a frantic energy that most autobattlers completely lack. You play as the Bloomwardens, placing buildings in your yard to spawn your army and using blueprints and 'imbues' to tweak those units into something scary.

It's all about momentum and pushing two different lanes to crash your army into the enemy stronghold. The loop's addictive because you're essentially building a factory that produces death. Once you find those broken synergies, the game feels incredible. You'll spend your time in Act 1 trying to optimize the flow of your belt while keeping the enemy pushed back.

Since it's a demo targeting a 2026 Early Access date, it's definitely raw. You'll notice some rough edges in the polish. The dev's using AI tools for art and development to speed things up, which is a bit of a talking point, but the core systems are hand-designed. It's not a polished product yet, but the mechanics are already clicking.
