What is Auto Ball?
Imagine if Teamfight Tactics decided to stop fighting and just play soccer. That’s the vibe here. You draft these goofy animal characters, plop them on a pitch, and then just lean back and watch the chaos unfold.

Gameplay
Auto Ball is basically Teamfight Tactics if it dropped the fantasy tropes and picked up a soccer ball. You draft goofy animal characters, place them on the pitch, and then just watch the chaos unfold. You aren’t controlling the players directly; you’re the manager. You win by out-drafting your opponents and getting your positioning just right. The loop is super addictive because it’s fast-paced. You’re in 8-player online lobbies with a shared unit pool, so you feel that classic tension of needing to buy a unit before someone else does. It’s way faster than Dota Underlords and feels fresher since it’s sports-themed. But it’s not perfect. It’s an indie project, so the UI isn’t as polished as big-budget titles. The physics can get janky when the field gets crowded, making precise positioning tricky. Still, that scramble is where the fun lies. You have to adapt fast to survive and win 8 rounds. It’s a solid 7.5/10 because it doesn’t reinvent the wheel, but mixing autobattler mechanics with soccer is a genius move.

Verdict
If you’re tired of the same old fantasy tropes and want something chaotic, you’ve gotta try this. It’s a solid 7.5/10 for me. Grab a few friends and jump into a private lobby to roast their terrible drafting. However, if you need polished UI and bug-free physics, wait for post-launch updates.
