What is There Is mORE?
There Is mORe takes the standard tower defense formula and injects it with a roguelite mining twist that actually works. You dig for resources during the day and defend your base with spells at night, creating a loop that feels surprisingly addictive. It’s a weird cocktail, but it’s one that keeps you coming back for just one more run.

Gameplay
You spend your days digging in a procedurally generated mine, hunting for rare ores and treasures. Then night hits, and the game flips into full tower defense mode where monsters swarm your base. It’s not just placing towers and watching them go; you’re selling mined goods to upgrade gear and mastering over 25 spells to survive. This loop feels way more active than something like Defense Grid because you’re actually exploring and scavenging to stay alive. The roguelite structure means every run is different, but that also means some runs feel like pure luck of the draw with your ore drops. Difficulty spikes are brutal, too. One player noted that the jump between night 4 and 5 is a total wall, leaving you feeling underpowered and frustrated. It’s polished for an indie title with full Steam Deck and controller support, which makes the mining phase feel great, but don’t expect it to reinvent the wheel. It just mixes digging with base defense in a fresh way.

Verdict
“(ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ*:・゚✧ Imma need to grind some more but I am loving it so far! https://youtu.be/FgE_9RxQrcs”
If you love the 'one more run' feeling of roguelites and don't mind grinding for high-tier spells, this is a solid buy at $14.99. However, if you hate sudden difficulty spikes or feel that $15 is too steep for a game with shallow endgame systems, wait for a sale or skip it. It’s a polished indie gem, but it demands patience.
