Gameplay
Forget the high-stress climb of TFT or Underlords. This is way more 'cozy' than 'combat.' You spend most of your time on the surface gathering wood, stone, iron, and crystals. You'll hire workers and refine materials to forge gear for your adventurer. Once you're kitted out, you send them into the seven dungeons below. That's where the autobattler loop hits. You don't control the fights; you just hope your prep was enough to carry you through.
It's a weirdly relaxing vibe. Instead of fighting other players for units, you're fighting the environment to rebuild a home. The blend of idle building and dungeon crawling gives it a hook that actually works. However, the pacing is slow. If you're used to the rapid-fire decisions of Hearthstone Battlegrounds, you'll feel the drag. Some menus are clunky, and the 'wait and see' nature of the idle mechanics might bore you if you aren't into that specific genre.
