What is Dragon Tiles?
You've gotta check out Dragon Tiles. It's this weird, addictive blend of an autobattler and a survival roguelite that doesn't really let you breathe. Instead of sitting on a board and watching a fight happen, you're actively steering your army through chaos. It's not trying to be the next big competitive esport, but if you're into that feeling of building a totally broken squad just to see the screen melt, you'll love this.
Gameplay
You're basically leading a snake-like chain of heroes through a bullet-hell survival nightmare. Instead of a static board like you'd see in TFT or Battlegrounds, you've got a moving 'dragon' made of mahjong tiles, poker cards, dice, and chess pieces. You focus on the movement while your units automatically mow down waves of enemies. After each round, you hit the shop to recruit new units and chase synergies using a 'merge three to star up' mechanic. It's got a tight loop that feels more like Vampire Survivors than a slow strategy sim. You're just trying to build a broken game-night hoard that deletes everything on screen. Since it's a solo dev project, it's definitely lightweight. That's a nice way of saying it's a bit bare-bones and janky in spots. It's currently $3.99, which is a weird price point for a genre that's usually free-to-play, but it's a small enough ask for the amount of brain-tickle you get from the shop. If you're looking for a deep, competitive meta, you won't find it here yet; it's more about the roguelite rush of seeing how far a weird dice/chess build can actually go.

Verdict
Since this is the demo version, it's a great time to jump in for free and test those broken builds. It's perfect for fans of action roguelites who want an autobattler twist, but I want to see more polish and deeper synergy options in the full release. 7.5/10.
