Gameplay
You play as Lita, a rogue who's basically hammered and stumbling through a vampire's castle to find some high-end booze. Moment to moment, you're crawling through dungeons, fighting demons, and dodging traps. The deck-building loop is the heart of the game, and you'll spend your time hunting for card synergies that let you blast through enemies before they can shut you down. It's got that Slay the Spire DNA in the crawl-and-build rhythm, but it feels lighter and more chaotic than your typical dark fantasy setting.
Run variety is solid, so you won't feel like you're playing the exact same game every time you restart. There's meta-progression to keep you coming back, giving you a reason to dive back in after a failed run. At $9.99, it's a fair price for the amount of content, though it's definitely a passion project from 2.6 Billion Year Studio rather than a polished AAA product.
That's where the rough edges come in. You'll notice the UI feels a bit clunky in spots and the overall polish isn't top-tier. It doesn't kill the fun, but it's there. If you're looking for something deep but not overly stressful, this hits the mark. It doesn't reinvent the wheel, but the loop is satisfying enough to keep you hooked. I'd give it a 7.5/10.
