What is Cybersquare Madness?

A neon-soaked, lane-based TD that's basically a cyberpunk version of Plants vs. Zombies.

Imagine if Plants vs. Zombies got a cyberpunk makeover and replaced everything with glowing neon blocks. That's Cybersquare Madness, a fast-paced indie TD that trades complex pathing for raw, lane-based survival.

Gameplay

You're basically plopping down neon squares to hold the line in a cyberpunk world. It's a lane-based TD where you manage resources and react quickly to stop enemies from breaching your defenses. Unlike Kingdom Rush, you aren't messing with complex pathing here; it's all about what you put in your lanes and when. The loop clicks because the boss fights actually force you to pivot your strategy, so you can't just spam the same high-damage block and call it a day.

It's a casual strategy fix, but don't expect a massive campaign or deep lore. It's a 'pick up and play' experience that doesn't waste your time. However, it's definitely an indie project with some rough edges. The UI is basic and it lacks that premium polish you'll find in Bloons TD. It feels experimental, which means you're trading deep systems for a fast, neon-soaked vibe.

At $5.99, you're paying a bit more than you would for a typical mobile-style lane defense, but it's a fair price for a focused indie experience. Just know that if you're looking for a hundred hours of content, you won't find it here. It's a short, sharp burst of strategy that works because it knows exactly what it is. I'd give it a 7/10 for being a blast despite the lack of polish.
