What is BULLET CHAIN - Vessels?

BULLET CHAIN - Vessels is a chaotic, janky but brilliant FPS roguelite where you steal enemy weapons to build your deck.

Forget standing still and playing cards. This chaotic FPS roguelite forces you to rip weapons directly from the enemies you’re shooting, creating a frantic loop of survival and synergy. It’s a wild ride that completely flips the deckbuilding script.

Gameplay

You need to check out BULLET CHAIN - Vessels if you’re sick of standing still while playing cards. It’s a deckbuilding FPS where you don’t loot weapons—you steal them. The whole loop hinges on ‘Use Your Enemies.’ You rip gear from the horde you’re fighting, turning their attacks into your deck. It’s fast, brutal, and chaotic. You aren’t just calculating damage numbers like in Slay the Spire; you’re dodging bullets in first-person while managing a rotating arsenal of enemy tech. The synergy comes from chaining these stolen abilities together mid-fight. It feels way more dynamic than traditional roguelikes because your build is dictated by who you’ve managed to kill and loot. But heads up, it’s Early Access. You’ll hit bugs, like that weird hydra glitch some players flagged. The HUD gets cluttered when things go insane. It’s not as polished as Balatro or Monster Train yet. Still, the meta-progression is solid. You unlock upgrades to see how broken your loadout gets by the time you face the last Archangel.

It’s a bit janky, but the concept is a 10/10. If you want something that feels like a fever dream mix of a boomer shooter and a roguelike, grab it. Skip it if you need a polished, bug-free experience or if you hate frantic action.
