What is Abyss Floors?

Abyss Floors is a janky but addictive text-based autobattler for theorycrafters who prefer engineering builds over watching animations.

Forget flashy animations and auto-battler boards; Abyss Floors strips the genre down to raw data and engineering. You don't play the fight, you design it, then watch a text log determine your fate across a dark fantasy abyss.

Gameplay

You don't fight in Abyss Floors; you engineer the fight. It’s a dark-fantasy semi-idle MMORPG where you obsess over builds, gear, and hunting grounds before watching tick-by-tick combat logs carve you through 19 zones of a descending abyss. There are no flashy board movements like in Teamfight Tactics or card-drafting like in Hearthstone Battlegrounds. It’s just you, data, and a combat log. The hook is pure math and preparation. You pick your spot, hit go, and read the text. It’s derivative of old-school MUDs but adds a player-run economy, clans, and opt-in PvP with a karma system. It’s basically a spreadsheet with a social layer. You’ll spend hours tweaking stats because the actual action is just reading. It’s niche, janky, and totally unique if you’re into that theorycrafting depth.

Key Features

  • Tick-by-tick combat logs
  • Player-run economy
  • 19 descending abyss zones
  • Optional premium currency
  • Karma-based zone PvP

If you love theorycrafting and don't mind reading text logs instead of watching animations, this free-to-play gem is worth your time. But if you want a polished, cinematic autobattler or struggle with balance issues in deep zones, skip it and wait for a later update.
